Karate has made me realize that girls can be just as strong as boys if they have the determination to reach their full potential. I am encouraged to try new things and am supported the entire way. The environment is welcoming and family-like. I'm always in a better mood at the end of karate than when I arrive, not once have I wanted to quit. When I was younger, karate was fun and entertaining: now it has become my passion and my favorite thing to do!
