Master Jennie Coughlan
Master Coughlan has been training at PMA Wilmington since 2002. In 2004, she began helping out at the school as a teaching assistant and became an Assistant Instructor after receiving her Black Belt. She received her Instructor's Certification (Kyo Sa) in 2008 after attaining the rank of 2nd Dan. Currently a 4th Dan Black Belt, she received her Master's Certification (Sa Bom) in 2013. Despite this busy training and teaching schedule, Master Coughlan still managed to graduate from University of Delaware with a degree in Nursing in 2008, and she continues to work part-time as a Registered Nurse at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Blessed with boundless energy and enthusiasm, Master Coughlan is expert at encouraging and motivating her students. Her work ethic and maturity make her an excellent role model and character coach, and her upbeat personality and sunny outlook make her a blast to be around. When not at the school, Master Coughlan enjoys skiing, swimming, fitness and travel.
