Greetings PMA Wilmington families! We will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on November 24th, 25th and 26th. Classes will return as normal on Monday, November 28th.
Also, Master Barnes' annual "Guilt Free Workout" will be held on Wednesday, November 23rd, at 6:30 pm, at the school. All adults are welcome to attend (if you dare). Come in and try to survive!

PMA Wilmington has become a natural extension of our family. The philosophy and practices align perfectly with our personal values. The instructors are competent and compassionate and serve as excellent role models for our three children.
Karate has made me stronger physically and mentally. I have had to do things that I never thought that I could do. Karate has made me realize that girls can be just as strong as boys if they have the determination to reach their full potential. I am encouraged to try new things and am supported the entire way. The environment is welcoming and family-like. I'm always in a better mood at the end of karate than when I arrive, not once have I wanted to quit. When I was younger, karate was fun and entertaining: now it has become my passion and my favorite thing to do!
My daughter achieved her Pro Martial Arts Black Belt as an eight year old. Growing up with karate taught Addie confidence and discipline. That focus has helped her become an excellent student and elite athlete. Plus, she would be the last kid targeted on the playground.
