September's GUP Test and Recertifications will be held at the school on Friday, September 15th at 6:00 pm.
September's RED/BLACK Belt Test will be on Saturday, September 16th beginning at 12:30 pm. It will be held at the Quality Inn & Suites, West Chester, PA.

Karate has made me stronger physically and mentally. I have had to do things that I never thought that I could do. Karate has made me realize that girls can be just as strong as boys if they have the determination to reach their full potential. I am encouraged to try new things and am supported the entire way. The environment is welcoming and family-like. I'm always in a better mood at the end of karate than when I arrive, not once have I wanted to quit. When I was younger, karate was fun and entertaining: now it has become my passion and my favorite thing to do!
My daughter achieved her Pro Martial Arts Black Belt as an eight year old. Growing up with karate taught Addie confidence and discipline. That focus has helped her become an excellent student and elite athlete. Plus, she would be the last kid targeted on the playground.
